This tablescape just kinda fell together. I found the amber bubble glasses and the tablecloth at the thrift store at the same time.
The tablecloth plaid reminds me of a camp blanket.
I thought the acorn salad plates would go with the tablecloth.
I don't know where I got these little quail. I have another set that's different, and I haven't found this year yet.
I love the faux acorns. Daughter #1 do you know what happens when you put real acorns, milk bottle caps and other assorted goodies in a shoe box in a dark corner of your closet for a long time?
Your mother (me) finds them while cleaning your closet, and the acorns have little, thin, white worms crawling out of them because they hatched in your warm, dark closet. Ewwww!
This is my mother's flatware, her initial A.
I am joining

Really pretty tablescape! Those little quail are just the most appealing little guys. You really scored some great deals!
Beautiful table, Pat. Those salad plates really go nicely with that gorgeous tablecloth; I have a thing for plaid tablecloths. Also for anything brown, too.
Have a great rest of the week...

That is a beautiful table setting. I love that stemware, and all of the elements of the setting are so perfect together. I loved the little acorn on the plate.
And I laughed at the shout out to your daughter about what happens to abandoned acorns. Gross... but so funny to me.
Love the plaid tablecloth with your pretty dishes! Now, we know about acorns - euwwww! Sally
You are so funny about the acorns! I'll bet that freaked you out completely!!! The faux acorns look great and no worries about little thin, white creatures oozing from them! Love your plates! Great fall table with a wonderful bargain tablecloth!!!
Love your table setting and expecially the bubble glasses. Had to laugh about the acorns.Eeuwww. I learned long ago to heat them in the oven for a while if I want to keep them, or make a wreath with them.
Have a great weekend.
