I can't look at an old doorknob in a thrift shop without making a remark about how Aunt Clara would LOVE THIS"(some people smile, and others don't have a clue!)...I must say that I MISS PERKED COFFEE, and finding an old percolator may not be a bad idea, your daughter would LOVE IT! I liked Sam's ovens, no one I knew ever had those! Thank you SO MUCH for the memories. ANOTHER one of my FAVORITES is "Mr Ed"! I gave it a try to see if it's as good as I thought when I was a kid. AND "YES" it's wonderful and FUN!!!
I'm your newest follower! I'm hoping you will FOLLOW ME TOO!!!
Hugs, DonnaDonna@Conghaile Cottagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10981329702564659603noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6213481602187604016.post-88921524766208394572011-03-15T12:18:41.068-05:002011-03-15T12:18:41.068-05:00Hello Pat! We, however, are so obsessed with "I Love Lucy" that we got the whole series on DVD and watch it often with the children. Then, I started collecting her "Franciscan Ivy." I love that these shows give one a little sense that things are not as bad as they seem. Thanks so much for stopping by and following!! Hope to see you again:-)Anita Diazhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10745164844001794566noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6213481602187604016.post-30842125492795265432011-03-07T17:37:26.197-06:002011-03-07T17:37:26.197-06:00I enjoy very much my Corningware and Revereware pi...I enjoy very much my Corningware and Revereware pieces that are older than I am, can't imagine why you couldn't just hold on to that percolator for me...
-Daughter #1 :)3Tortieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16447757125979447896noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6213481602187604016.post-26319005941541636682011-03-07T11:11:55.246-06:002011-03-07T11:11:55.246-06:00I loved Bewitched too! The shop, where we found the chair, is loaded with wonderful maple furniture from the mid century era, plus contemporary mid century dining room furniture etc. I could have brought it all home, but what would I do with it. The store is a dream come true for people looking to furnish a mid century ranch. I am sure your daughter would love it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
